The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

    1. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
    2. This website uses cookies to monitor browsing preferences. If you do allow cookies to be used, the following personal information may be stored by us for use by third parties: name, contact information including email address, demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests, and other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.

They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
    9. We may offer new and/or existing customers special offers from time to time. Where we make such offers, introductory offers are only available to new users of the website. Previously registered users do not qualify for an additional offer, unless expressly stated. “Previously registered users” refers to any combination of: a user with a user account at Allplants, a credit or debit card, a credit or debit card holder, a delivery address, a cardholder address, or a household, who has previously made use of the Allplants service. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be applied per order, and each code may only be used once, for both one time purchases and subscriptions. Discount codes cannot be applied towards a trial box order. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or published either directly or indirectly in any form. We reserve the right to terminate or modify discounts at anytime without prior notice and at our sole discretion. We may require you to complete checkout at Allplants.com to redeem any offer.
    10. In the instance of friend referral discount codes, we encourage our customers to share their referral link with as many friends as possible. These codes may only be used once, and only one discount can be applied per order. Referral codes cannot be applied towards a trial box order. Orders placed using referral discount codes cannot be cancelled or refunded. They may, however, be postponed or delayed on allplants’ discretion.
    11. Unless otherwise stated, all food or prizes given away as part of a competition or prize draw must be claimed by the winning party within three months of initial notification via email. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and we reserve the right to withdraw a prize if we suspect abuse or violation of the competition rules, which will be viewable on our site at the time of the competition.
    12. The purchase of allplants products may consist of an initial period where there is a one-time charge or a trial offer, followed by recurring periodic charges as agreed to by you when you sign up for such auto-replacing products. The price of your trial offer may be different to your recurring subscription charges. Your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will automatically be charged the full subscription price of your order according to the frequency of delivery (excluding any discounts or promotional offers), until you cancel your subscription.
    13. Trial Offers are one-time only for new customers and are limited to one per household. They are not available to previously registered users (defined above).
    14. Our First Dish Promise is limited to 2 dishes, per order. 
    15. If you have any changes, queries or would like to cancel your order or subscription, simply drop us an email at kitchen@allplants.com, or give us a call on0203 608 1564. This must be arranged before 8am, 2 days before delivery day. Any changes after this time may not be accepted.

What we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.allplants.com (our site). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
  • Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders.
  • Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

What we do with the information we gather

Information you enter into our registration forms may be collected and stored by us so that we may contact you in relation to the nature of your attempted transaction, even if you don't confirm the transaction. We may also send operational emails to enquire as to why the purchase was not completed, which you can opt-out of any time.   • Administering certain aspects of our service and providing you with the products ordered via our website, such as delivery of your orders,  taking payments, managing payment disputes and gathering feedback via a review site to assess your experience of our products and Services

  • We will never share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes, but may use it to show you relevant offers and promotions on third party sites

We’re an online only brand and our website is the only place you can order our food. To fulfil our promise of delivering exceptional quality and service we use Cookies. This Privacy Notice applies to all personal information of job applicants collected or used by allplants.

This Privacy Notice explains how your information will be collected, used and shared if you submit an application to join our team, either through our Careers website, online through another platform (such as LinkedIn or WorkinStartups.com), via email, or by a recruiter.

Collection of Personal Information

When you apply for a position at allplants, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your name and contact information, your education and employment history, your work skills, and your desired work location. You also will be able to upload documents such as cover letters, CVs and references.

In addition, if you supply references to support your employment application, we may contact these individuals to help us evaluate you for employment opportunities at allplants. Doing so will necessarily involve a limited disclosure of your personal information to those individuals, such as your name, the fact that you have submitted an application to allplants and that you are interested in a certain type of position in our team. We will, of course, not reach out to these contacts for a reference without your explicate written permission.

Data Retention

The allplants team will store the personal information that you send us via this website for as long as is reasonably necessary for your employment application, taking into consideration our need to answer queries or resolve problems and comply with legal requirements under applicable laws. This means that we may retain your personal information to be able to contact you should a suitable job opening occur in the future, but will delete your profile should you not interact with our job board for a period of 12 months. If you do not wish to be considered for future employment opportunities, we will delete your personal information at your request. Applicants who are recruited for interviews or who receive employment positions within the allplants team will have their information stored for longer periods, consistent with employment need and local law.

Accessing, Correcting and Deleting Information

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to request access to your personal data and, if this data is incorrect or incomplete, the right to request rectification of the data. You also have the right to request and, if applicable, obtain erasure of your personal data or, where provided by law, you may also object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to us keeping and using your personal data to contact you for future opportunities. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country of your habitual residence or place of work, or of a possible violation of the EU data protection rules.
