Skip an upcoming order


When you’re subscribed, you can skip an upcoming order super easily. Simply login to your account and click on 'edit' next to your scheduled delivery date to select a date that suits you better.

Just remember to log into your account and make any changes to an upcoming order before 8am, 2 days before your delivery day. After this cut-off, your order will be processed, making it really difficult for us to make any edits to your box without your tasty meals going to waste.


Edit an upcoming order

Once you’ve subscribed, you can easily manage your upcoming orders via your account. Simply log into your account and click on the plan you want to manage. From here, you can: 

Pick New Dishes: Pick which 6x tasty meals you want in your next box and change up your serving size.

Change Delivery Day: Choose a weekday or weekend delivery day for your next order.

Change Shipping Details: Change your delivery address or add in some safe-place delivery instructions for your driver to follow!

Skip this Delivery: If you’re due a busy month, skip your order to a date that suits you better!

Don’t forget that your first subscription order gets processed right away - any changes made to your account will not apply to this order. All other upcoming order changes need to be made by 8am, 2 days before your delivery day. After this cut-off, your order will be processed, making it really difficult for us to make any edits to your box without your tasty meals going to waste.


Changing a delivery frequency 

Once you’ve subscribed you can easily manage how often you’ll receive your orders:

  1. Log into your account (make sure you’ve first registered your email!).
  2. Click on 'Subscriptions'.
  3. Underneath 'delivery frequency' you can set your frequency to either every 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 weeks.

Editing delivery information

To update your delivery address: Log in to your account and click on 'subscriptions'. You can also edit your safe place delivery instructions via this page.

Please make sure that any changes to your delivery address are made before 8am, 2 days before your delivery day.

Changing an email address

All subscriptions are associated with the email address used to place your first order. If you would like to change this email address, please pop us a message here or give us a call on 0208 068 1700.


Postponing or cancelling your subscription

Off on holiday? On a batch-cooking boom? We get it. That’s why we’ve made it really easy for you to postpone your subscription, and pick it up again when you’re ready.

To push back your next delivery, all you need to do is head to your account page and hit 'edit' next to your delivery date. Or, if you want to cancel your subscription, just click on 'Subscriptions' and head to the bottom of the page where you find the 'cancel my subscription' button.

Please note: You’ll need to postpone or cancel your account by 8am, two days before your next delivery. If it's after this time and your order has already been processed, please pop us a call or message and we’ll do our best to help.
