We’re very excited to say that we deliver to almost every corner of Great Britain. We’ve got our sights set on going global. But for now, we’re pleased to serve almost all parts of Great Britain (and we’re working on the rest). 

Unfortunately, there are a few areas we’re not able to reach yet: Aberdeen, Argyll, Arran, Dundee, Eire (Republic of Ireland), Guernsey, Isle of Man, Northern Highlands, Northern Ireland, Orkney Shetland, Jersey

Delivery days

We currently deliver 5 days a week, so you can choose a delivery slot to fit in with your life:

  • Tuesday
  • Thursday
  • Friday
  • Saturday 
  • Sunday

Our carbon neutral delivery service is completely free for weekday deliveries, and £2.50 for weekend deliveries.

Your delivery can arrive anytime between 8am-6pm. Our delivery partners will text or email you with a 1hr delivery window on the morning of your delivery, so you’ll know exactly when your parcel is arriving.

Out that day? Not a problem

We know that life’s busy, so we’ve made it super simple for you to still get your tasty meals without being home.

Our boxes are kept freshly frozen until 10pm thanks to our fully recyclable insulating packaging - ready for you to pop in the freezer when you get home.

When you place your order: You'll be asked to enter some safe place delivery instructions to let us know where we can leave your box if you’re not in. If you don't leave any instructions and you are out, your box will be placed by your front door.

On the day of delivery: Our delivery partners will text you with a 1hr delivery window, so you’ll know exactly when your parcel is arriving.

If you need to update delivery instructions on the day: Just click on the link in your confirmation email to our delivery partner’s tracking portal to get your box delivered to a safe place. You can also download the DPD app.

If you need to update delivery instructions for future orders: simply log in to your account, and click ‘Subscriptions'.

Problem with my delivery

We’re really sorry if you’ve experienced a problem with your delivery - it’s totally our responsibility to get your box of plant-power delivered to your doorstep exactly the way it should! 

Please send us a message here or feel free to call us on 0208 068 1700 (between 8-6pm Monday-Friday), and one of our Customer Delight team will sort out any problems immediately. 

In the unlikely event that your delivery has arrived the day after you were expecting it, please dispose of the box. As it is frozen food, your meals will have started to defrost and so will no longer be suitable for consumption. We will, of course, send you a fresh batch of allplants meals as soon as possible.
