Charging information 

Payment for subscription recurring orders is taken when your order is automatically processed at 8am, 2 days before your delivery day. This is also the deadline to edit, skip or cancel your order.

Please note that all first-time orders get processed right away. 

Processing orders involved printing labels, packing boxes and booking courier collections - so it’s really challenging for us to make changes to orders after this deadline without wasting tasty food. For any late changes to a processed order please drop us a message here, or give us a call on 0208 068 1700. Wherever possible, we’ll assist with last-minute changes, to deliver exactly what you want.

We also accept payment via Google Pay, Apple Pay and Microsoft Wallet.

This payment option will only be visible on the checkout page if you have one of these payment methods added to your phone's wallet.  

Applying a  discount code

All discount codes can be applied when you place your first order with us. To redeem this code:

  • Click ‘discount code?’ at checkout.
  • Pop in your special discount code for it to automatically apply to your order.
If you want to add a discount to an upcoming order: 
  • Log in to your account.
  • In the deliveries section, scroll down to 'total price' and click on 'add a discount code' to apply your code to your upcoming order.

Refunds
If you’re expecting a refund for any reason, please allow 5-10 working days for this to reach your bank account.
